Returns

• We accept returns within 20 days of delivery.

• Items must be:

  • Unused

  • In original packaging

  • In resellable condition

Inspection Process

• All returned items are inspected upon receipt.

• If approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Refund Processing Time

• Once approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.

• Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for funds to appear.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return once opened or used (e.g. baby care or personal-use products).
This will be clearly indicated on the product page where applicable.

Return Shipping Costs
